Finish Stronger race coaching takes a hands on approach to training. Each training cycle is custom built around the goals, training style and lifestyle of the individual runner. Custom coaching plans are dynamic, fluid and based off the feedback of daily/weekly interactions with a personal coach.
A custom training plan from Finish Stronger offers runners a more independent approach to training. Each plan is customized to the individual athlete's training style, lifestyle and goals, however execution of the training plan is more independent. Bi-weekly check ins via email or call are included.

MYSTRYDE is Boston's first treadmill studio, offering indoor speed, endurance and strength workouts that compliment any training goal. In partnership with MYSTRYDE, Finish Stronger offers training plans that incorporate weekly classes into training plans or custom coaching. As Head Race Coach at MYSTRYDE, all plans are written and coached by Coach Rachel as well. Packages vary depending on distance and the level of intensity you are looking for.
